We assess suitability, review tanning and medication, and arrange a patch test according to the device protocol. Some hair colours respond poorly or are unsuitable.
Several sessions are usually needed and maintenance may be required. Redness or swelling can occur; burns and pigment changes are possible. Follow your shaving, sun-exposure and skincare instructions between visits.
Laser preparation and aftercare
Follow your practitioner's instructions on shaving and avoiding waxing or plucking before and between sessions. Report any tan, sunbed use, skin reaction or medication change before treatment. Follow the exact device-based guidance on sun exposure, SPF, heat and products. Contact the salon promptly about blistering, worsening pain or unexpected skin changes.
