Sports massage with Amy focuses on muscular tension and recovery needs associated with activity. You do not need to be an athlete to discuss whether it may suit you.
Your appointment
Amy asks about your training or daily activities, relevant injuries and the areas you would like addressed. The approach and pressure are agreed with you throughout.
Results and care
The aim is to support comfort and movement, without promising to cure an injury. Some soreness can follow treatment. Amy will explain aftercare and refer you for medical or physiotherapy assessment where appropriate.
