Under-eye hollows, puffiness and dark circles can have different causes. An assessment helps establish whether tear-trough filler is suitable or whether another approach would be more appropriate.
Amber considers your skin, facial structure, fluid retention and any previous treatment. Filler is not suitable for every under-eye concern and may worsen puffiness in some clients.
Bruising, swelling, irregularities and prolonged puffiness can occur, alongside the serious risks associated with filler. Any proposed treatment will include a discussion of alternatives, recovery and follow-up.
Injectable treatment information
All injectable procedures carry risks. Your practitioner will discuss suitability, alternatives, potential complications and the proposed product before you consent. You will receive written aftercare and contact details for concerns. Do not stop prescribed medication without advice from the clinician who prescribed it.
If something does not feel right after filler
Contact your practitioner immediately if you develop unusual or worsening pain, pale or discoloured skin, or other concerning changes after filler. Sudden changes to vision require emergency medical attention. These symptoms should not wait for a routine review.
